Palm Zire 72 Installation

I just bought a Palm Zire 72 special edition and it said I should charge before clicking next. I don't know what happened, but somehow clicked next and now I can't charge it. The light won't come on. I charged it all night and I couldn't turn it on. I ?nstalled the software, but it couldn't HoySync. Someone please help me fix this problem

Do you mind sharing with us what the problem was? I just bought a Zire 72 for my daughter and am reading through all of these pages in order to be well prepared for any problems, should they arise.
