    Default Adobe acrobat pdf

I downloaded a pdf file. I then dragged it to the expansion card section of quick install, pressed hot sync button and nada. What am I doing wrong?

I think you have to run it through the desktop converter first.

Adobe Acrobat Reader makes a desktop app that will convert files to Palm .pdf format, and an app that will allow you to read them on the handheld. Go to this link, and choose your appropriate platform, etc. and download the two apps that you need. It is helpful to remember that these apps work in matched pairs, insofar as you have to use the compatible versions together. (If you read the info thoroughly, you'll understand what I mean. ) BTW, these Adobe Reader apps are free.

You have to open the desktop app, select the .pdf file that you want to convert to Palm format, and then the desktop will convert & add the finished document to your next hotsync. After that it's possible to read it on your handheld. It takes several steps for the whole process to be completed.
Experience is what you get when you thought you were getting something else.
