Magnetic Closure?
Which leather cases have magnetic closures? I'm looking at the EB case right now, but I want to know what my other options are. There's just no way I can deal with a snap.
Also, has anyone had problems with the magnet erasing their driver's licenses or credit cards? I'm not that worried, because I've never used my DL's strip, and if my bank card gets screwed up, I'll just go to the bank and get them to re-encode it. The credit cards stay in the wallet.

The Bellagio case has a magnetic snap closure. I only keep business cards in it, so I'm not sure of the effect the magnet could have.

It would probably erase the mag strip. Modern technology ...

Re: Magnetic Closure?
The best magnetic closure I've used is the one on the Pielframa case. The closures are built-in under the leather of the case! So you don't see anything at all on the leather tab or on the case itself. And yet, the closure is definitely quite secure and will never release "accidentally". A big plus is that when you put your leather case down on a wooden or glass-topped table, it won't skitter around and you needn't be afraid of scratching the table.Originally posted by ignavia

see http://www.pielframa.com/palm_zire_71.htm for pictures. by the way, you can order the case without the belt clip. just enter "no belt clip" on your order form.Mapaman

I was really looking for something more similar to the EB case. I guess I'll just order it; I just wanted to know if there were any similarly closing cases. I guess not.
