    Default Bellagio MIA

    Anybody received a Bellagio case in the last week?

    I ordered one about 10 days ago and received an e-mail saying that they were out of stock and would ship Tue. or Wed. of last week. Did not get a shipping confirmation mid week, so I e-mailed them. No response. Called on Friday and got a recording and left a message. No response.

    I have not done business with this company before, so do not know if this is normal for them or not.

    I have pretty much the same story. I'm still waiting and hope that the wait will not be long as promised by Bellagio.

    The Zire 71 no belt clip cases cases were sold out the week before last. I have talked to them several times and they were expecting a shipment yesterday that has to clear customs and then should be at their NJ offices on Tuesday or Wednesday next week. Shipping is then very prompt. This case sounds as if it is worth the wait!

    I ordered the Bellagio case a week ago and received it promptly. Unfortunately I can't get my Zire to sync while in the case. It seems nearly impossible because a small part of the learther on the bottom of the case gets in the way of the cradle connections.

    It took Bellagio several days to reply to my initial email and when they did reply it was very vague and they said that they would be happy to exchange my case. Unfortunately i don't have return instructions, when I could expect a new case, etc. I emailed them for a 3rd time yesterday and still have not heard anything.

    Getting fed up with their customer service and the fact that I paid overnight shipping for a case that is defective. May just return the case and purchase a different brand.

    Just my 2 cents!

    When I ordered mine, I got an email saying it would be two to three weeks before it would ship, and that was on 7/22, so I still have a while to wait. I did notice that they have already charged my credit card. Most companies don't do that until the product has shipped. I found that very odd. Maybe someone would have some luck with calling, their phone number is:

    Just spoke with Bellagio. They report that they are getting a shipment in tomorrow and will then ship them out to us in 24 hours.

    FYI, Bellagio has received a new supply of Zire 71 beltclipless cases and has begun shipping them out. I got my email confirmation today. My credit card was NOT charged while waiting for the backorder to come in and get shipped out

    I just got my e-mail confirmation today also. It sounds like the cases are "in the mail."
