Help? to download my email from Outlook Express?

I just got this new Zire 31 for my birthday. I have a few questions. First, I would like to be able to download my email from Outlook Express. Does anyone know how I can do this? I know that it does not come with the conduit to do this, but can I get the download somewhere? Also, I was trying to download a program and it told me that I needed Microsoft Activesync. I went to the the Microsoft website and downloaded it, but I can't get it to recognize my palm connection. I would appreciate any help. Thank you very much. ~Darla

You need a mail program for the PalmOS, such as Palm's VersaMail. It enables you to download your mail from Outlook, or even from teh server directly during a sync.

What you downloaded was for the PocketPC operating system that Microsoft produces. Active Sync will not work with your handheld as you are using one with a Palm operating system.

Thanks so much for the input. I really appreciate it. I had to return my Palm today and re-do everything on it. There was a problem with the LCD screen. Staple's guy was a great help in "beaming" everything to the new one for me. Have a great day. ~Darla
