want power up

it want power up try to recharge it it still want even come on whill charging , it did show somthing once but just random lines , pused the rest bonen it disabpered . know noing comes up . anyway help.

Try a hard reset. Depress the power button while you poke the reset hole keeping the power button depressed until the Palm logo screen apears, then release the power button.

Yes a Zire 31 will not instant on if the battery hasn't been used for a while and has just been plugged into the charger. Wait about an half hour and try.
