Real One player

I have Real One shown on the CD but it is not on the Zire 31. The setup assumes it is already installed on the handheld but says I can move it from PC to Zire 31 but it doesn't do this. Can anyone help, please?

if the install disk is the same as I have (US version, don't know if there is a difference), here's what I did:

I put the CD-ROM in my E-drive, and opened Windows Explorer; then I basically looked around until I found the location of the RealOne Player folder:

E:\English\Essential_Software

in that folder is a program called "Software Essentials.exe" I started that program on the PC, and one of the options it displayed was install the RealOne Player.

that ought to do it for you; however.....even though its free and you already have it on the CD, RealOne Player for Palm, to be polite, is not very good, IMO. There are other players on-line which are much better, including a number of free apps. One that comes to mind immediately is TCPMP; it'll play videos, too, as well as various audio formats. And, if you want to pay for an excellent player, there's PocketTunes.
