Hi Steve I see your posts in the Palm Forum maybe you can help me. My computer crashed and I lost all information on my computer and have no backup but still have everything on my Palm. How can I load the program on my new computer and keep all the information. I am afraid if I hotsync with the new computer it will erase my palm please advise and thanks so much

It won't be a problem. The first time you HotSync it'll say "There's no user called 'Terry' on this PC, do you want to create one?" Say 'Yes', and it'll copy everything from the Palm to the new desktop.
