Sync Problem : Palm V to XP

    Default Sync Problem : Palm V to XP

    Dear Forum Members:

    I can't hot sync my Palm V to my Laptop (running Windows XP).
    I re-installed my OS, so I had to install the Palm Desktop and Belkin USB Drivers again. Everything installed fine. I am missing a simple step with the Hot Sync Config. Can anyone help?

    The HotSync Problem is solved. You have to troubleshoot the available Serial Ports and in my case I had to use COM4 (HotSync Manager Setup>Local Tab).
