I'm a new convert to the palm and have a Vx. I was given a new unsed PPK. Only problem is that the packaging states that it's for the m100,III,VII series. Can I use it with the Vx? Emailed Palm support and never received a reply (thanks Palm.com ) Palm.com store doesn't show a difference, a PPK is a PPK. But in the paper catalogue there is a difference. I am

Yes, the connectors are completely different. You will either need to get a PPK for the Palm V-series, or purchase an adaptor such as The Bridge.
