I had to do a hard reset on my TW; it froze up and I could not get it to work again without one (at least I thought so).
I think that this also reversed the effects of the Flash Upgrade I did last week?
I reinstalled all the programs, but could someone tell me
a) how to check whether I have the upgraded versions or not.

b) whether I have to go through the Flash Upgrade again if I don't, starting a the Palm website, or if all this has been downloaded to my computer.

c) What might cause my TW to lose its "digitizing" from time to time, i.e., the stylus does not work when centered directly on a menu item (though it does so on the All and Main screens.

Still pretty new at this but learning and enjoying
