Is there an app that will log recent calls into memos?

Basically I want to write some notes for recent calls that were made.

You can enter a note for any recent call by opening Call History, tapping on one of your calls and tapping the Note button. The note goes into the Palm Address Book. If the phone number is not in your Address Book, the Note button changes to a Save button allowing you to save the number into the AB.

What about saving SMS messages to Memo Pad? Do you have any idea how to do it? Like saving all details and not just the message itself. Coz when you select all-copy-paste to Memo Pad, all you get to copy is the message and does not include where call came from "From:" and the date/time "Date:".
