Lotus Organizer OR Lotus Notes?
There is a big difference between the two. For Notes I may have an answer. For Organizer, I don't have a clue.
Notes: Lotus EasySync Pro Version 4.2. or IntelliSync are the two most often mentioned programs. Myself, I use EasySyncPro to sync mail, phonebook, memopad, calendar, and todos.
Options for Mail Only:
Palm states that VersaMail works with Notes - however, I never got it to work with Notes 6.0x.
DataViz - Documents to Go Premium, includes a module called DataVizMail that does sync email only (with Attachments), and supplies a PalmOS Mail reader client.
Hope that helps.James,

I sync with Organizer 4 all the time. There is a Palm subdirectory on the Lotus CD that has the required files. Run the install prog there & it's automatic.
