    Unhappy T5 trouble

I used a z72 for one year and drpooed it wrecking the screen. I twas going to cost over 100 bucks to fix it so I purchased a T5 instead. I have had great trouble trying to backup onto a SD card and cannot sucessfully hot sink. When I hot sink I get a message about versa mail info not on my desktop. I do not even use versamail on the palm. When I dhotsynk last I now have duplicate and triplicate of all my contacts. Can I delete the duplicates??
When I try to back up (everyday) it gives me a fatal error message and I have to do a soft reset. Sometimes it locks up and I have to do a hard reset.

I am not very palm or computer wise and have no Idea of what to do to solve my hot sync and back up problems.

    HELP anyone.

It would help if u could list the apps that are installed on your T5.

U could try doing a Hard Reset after backing up your contacts and important data and installing apps one by one.

As for the versamail problem, just launch versamail on your T5 once. That should take care of the problem. It took away my headache anyway.
