noob question. passkey?

Just bought tomtom navigator for my tungsten t-3. whenever i turn the gps receiver and t-3 on it says enter a passkey. if i have a passkey for my t-3 i dont know what it is and if i need one for the tomtom gps i dont know where it is or where to get one. can anyone help me out? thanx.

There is no "set" pass key.

YOU choose a 4 digit code and then enter the SAME code in each device when they ask for the "Pass Key"

All Blue Tooth devices use this procedure when they "Pair up". It allows them to recognise each other and establish a secure connection.
