Documents to Go DataViz ver 6.002
Hello.... I am a new operator of the Tungsten T3 and I am curious or wondering how the Documents to Go works. Am I to assume that a document can be made on the handheld ? And if so how can it get transfered to my PC? Or can you take a document from your PC and send it to the DTG program in the handheld? This may seem like a dumb question but I really don't know how the DTG works. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

"Yes" to both questions. If you create a new word document your handheld, it will be transferred to your PC when you do a hotsync. It will most likely land in your "My Documents" folder.
To transfer an existing document on your PC to your handheld, click on the Documents to Go desktop icon and follow the directions.

... or, right click the document on the PC, select "Send to.." and click Docs to Go. This is useful if you have many folders and subfolders.Originally posted by Stepmama

Documents to Go can also access 'unconverted' documents -- so if you have a document on your expansion card, or received wirelessly on email, you can open it and edit it.
That's all documents except PowerPoint documents -- however DtG version 7 (as found on the T5) can open native PowerPoint.
Incidentally, if you haven't registered your copy of DtG yet, do so at www.dataviz.com and you'll get a free game.
Cheers
