Syncing with Outlook 2003!!!

So our IT guy came by and upgrading my outlook from 200 to 2003.....I HAVE YET TO ATTEMPT TO SYNC TO THE NEW VERSION....I was hoping i could get some instruction from the knowlegable here at brighthand.......will my T3 Sync right up with the new outlook or should i take a few precautoins/steps before I attempt anything. Note: The upgrade took well all my emails,dates and notes transfered OK....
