Word to Go causing Softreset - Help?

    Default Word to Go causing Softreset - Help?

    Lately when I have run Word to Go, I get a reset/crash when opening a W2Go doc. I can open and edit a Spreadsheet, no prob. I have reloaded D2G twice and still does it. I also have noticed my TT2, will automatically do a soft reset after every hot sync operation. All other apps seem to work normally. Attached is the message in the log from CrashPro.

    Try applying this patch for Docs to Go.

    will automatically do a soft reset after every hot sync operation.
    Check the sytem conduits, default should be set for "handheld to overwrite desktop." either of the other two settings cause unit to reset for transferred setting to take.

    Also, read a old post, that Palm indicates the "SOFT reset in the cradle" actually clears memory of a fault not reachable via a normal reset. If I can relocate I point you to the thread?
