screen warranty question, please help

    Default screen warranty question, please help

    just received my t3 and there appears to be a scratch on the screen. i've read the limited warranty info and says screen damage is excluded, does this hold true for a brand new unit? iv'e emailed palm but no response yet. any info on this matter would be appreciated.

    i contacted the retailer but they say i have to go through palm

    How many days ago did you buy the palm and at what store? Sounds like the retailer may be screwing you.

    Palm will likely charge you a repair fee which you shouldn't have to pay for a brand new unit.
