how come t3 will not stay on?
how come my t3 will not stay on in cradle even i have make sure that all my settings were correct?
my previous cradle was faulty and so i exchange for a new one but the service officer give me a cradle which power plug was a split extension beside the usb plug but not the usual one that is plug into the back of the cradle... he told me is the same! so is that the cause that why my palm is not able to stay on in the cradle? as the cradle he exchange for me is of a older version?

it wont stay on if you have it set to turn off/lock after x no of minutes idle - turn off this setting and it will stay on, but u lose the other more important function of locking
