Anotherball Unlock Code

Hi

I just bought and downloaded Anotherball from the Handandgo website. I have the email from paragon software with my serial number. When I enter the serial number to register the game (unlock it on my palm) its says its an invalid unlock code. Any thoughts on what I should.

If there are letters in the unlock code, have you tried entering the code using all caps and then all lower case?

And does the Hotsync ID on your TT match what is in the email exactly?
