Default Help with new t5 please!

hi there. i am going out of my mind with my new t5 . i have owned a tungsten t before and i seemed to get more out of it than i am the t5!

when i tried to set up my t5 to work with my nokia N70 via bluetooth for internet connections, my phone wasnt included on the list. "simple" i thought, "run the phone link updater" but it doesnt include the N70!! when i tried to do it manually, either in "connection" or "phone" in the prefs, it doesnt give me an option for bluetooth, only cable/cradle or infrared.

secondly, when i press the hotsync button, it starts up but a message keeps on coming up on my mac from the conduit manager saying volume is locked, i click ok and it does it another 6 or 7 times before the hotsync is complete.

has anyone any advice? please help before i throw my t5, n70 and mac outta the window and buy a note pad!

    thanks

For your hotsync issue, you may have an anti-virus program called Virex running on your mac. Or you could possibly have duplicate login files. I recommend reading solution 38852. The note pad isn't such a bad idea

    Man, you need help
First you need to pair your N70 and T5
Then create a network connection where
    phone no = *99#
and connection = "name of your phone as shown when you paired it"
    Thinking..................

Welcome to Brighthand, Lleeff and Xpanda. Xpanda - not sure if this is the problem you describe, but search for solution ID 8992 at the Palm Knowledge Library at their website.
