Default Upgrading should be fun...calendar problems

My Tungsten T died and but had served me well. I bought a E2 to replace it. However, the calendar data did not sync over to the E2. The big problem may be that I could sync up the T for a couple weeks and now it is shot..wont respond at all. So, any suggestions on how to move even the older sync's to the E2. I have tried importing the old datebook but it says that it cannot be opened/applied to the new E2. Any help is appreciated.

    Welcome to Brighthand dwpaed.

Check your conduit settings. You should be synchronizing the new one-word conduits.

When you upgraded to the E2, did you follow Palm's directions and rename your Backup folder before syncing the first time? If no, hard reset the E2, rename the backup folder, sync, and reinstall third party apps from the Backup folder. Do not reinstall either of the Preferences files as they are incompatible with NVFS. Check your third party apps against the Treo 650 and T5 compatibility lists at palmfocus.com before installing. There is no E2 list as owners did not contribute data, however these lists work well.

    Good luck.
