Default T/C Web Button Still Directs Me To Web Browser 2.0 After Installing Web Pro 3.0

I recently purchased and installed Web Pro 3.0 in my T/C but the Web button on the front of the unit still directs me to the original Web Browser 2.0. I understand that Web Browser 2.0 is "integral" to the O.S. and can not be uninstalled as readily as Web Pro 3.0. Is it possible without uninstalling Web Browser 2.0 to reconfigure my T/C such that the Web button directs me to the new Web Pro 3.0 rather than the old Web Browser 2.0?

    - Go to "PREFS"
    - Go to BUTTONS under PERSONAL to customize it.

Does WB Pro 3.0 have true SSL support? (i.e. https://)?

According to the Web Pro Handbook it uses "advanced encryption technology from Certicom."

I used WebPro to surf some encryped sites. It works just fine. SSL works.
