Today I experienced a new problem. The icons at the bottom of the screen do not respond to the stylus. Sometimes you have to tap the icon several times to get it to respond. Something it works and sometimes it doesn't. The little arrow on the address list which is located at the bottom of the screen does not work and you can't scrowl down.

Palm had me do a hard reset. Then when we reset the date and hit the Done button it would not respond until I tapped it 5 times.

Now on its way to Palm. And I pay postage>> what a pain.
