Booster for D-Link?

Does anyone know if there is an booster available to get better air connection with a D-link DWL 1000AP?

At one time, D-Link offered a repeater for their 802.11b equipment, which should work better than a booster. You may want to look into that.

I use a repeater in my house.

It basically extends the range of my wireless signal. It should work with the
1000AP.

I have and so far I've had no luck getting them to work together. D-Link promised a firmware update to provide compatibility with other brands of routers, but so far no luck. I just ordered a D-Link router after giving up in frustration.
