    Hello oghara, Welcome to Brighthand

Not sure how it is on 750 but the 500v I got is multilingual.
You have to do a hard reset (instructions: see manual) and then you should be presented with the choice to select your prefered language.
Given the fact most European released phones are multilingual versions, I guess your phone will act the same.

Please report back when you have tried this.

Thanks a lot for your concern, but i have done that , i only got a screen in safe mode. which says soft -rest to return to normal mode.
there were no language option to choose from, then it returns to the screen which is german. i don' know what to do next, any information would be welcome.

Which means you have not done a hard reset, for some reason.

    From 500v device manual:
1- Synchronise your smartphone with your computer so that your smartphone applications and info can be restored by synchronising again after you perform the hard reset.
2 Holding your smartphone screen side down, use two or more fingers to press against the battery door to release it, and then slide the door off the back of
    your smartphone.
3 Remove and reinsert the battery, and then replace the battery cover.
4 While pressing and holding End , press and hold Power until the screen wakes up.
5 When prompted, press Up to erase all data.
6 (Optional) Synchronise to restore your previously synchronised info. If you use a backup utility, you may also need to restore a backup to recover additional
    info and settings.

Steps 1 and 6 will not be relevant for you.

Once again thanks, i have done what you explain by holding the end button while removing the battery and reinserting the battery, there i got a screen with the option of Ya that yes for(up button) and nein No for (down button), from there choose you location, time and the calibration of the screen, then the normal screen appears and it remains in german language, but there was no language option to choose from. Maybe am doing something wrong, i really need help.

If that doesn't work, it looks like your device is German only (which to be honest, surprises me).

No possibility to "upgrade" the OS to an English ROM ?
(never been there before with WM devices, so not sure what can be done)
