    Default "Find" or "Search" app?

    What app can I use to search my Treo? Is there a built-in app I haven't found yet?

    You hit numeric-shift and the shift key that shows an up arrow and a magnifying glass. Lower left, next to the space bar, left of the 0. It is the palmos built in search and finds things in apps that cooperate with "global find"

    There are 3rd party search programs but no free ones I am aware of. I paid for intelligent find but finally stopped using it. It didn't make the cut on my teensy weensy leetle puny internal Treo 650 memory.

    There is. The manual is your friend (I don't own a Treo and I found it online here, although don't know what carrier you use the hardware should be the same).
    Brain -> Casio -> Sharp -> Filofax -> Palm Pilot -> Palm Professional -> Palm IIIc -> iPAQ 4660 (oops) -> TT3 + T610 + NavMan -> TT5 + SE K700i + NavMan -> TT5 + 2Gb SD card + SE K810i + universal PDA thumb board + external mike + TomTom ONE + BlackBerry 8800

    Thanks r0k and Streaky! I saw the icon on the button but I just didn't recognize it. I am feeling somewhat silly now, and I will try to do better from now on.
