Posted new version of TAKEphONE, 2day, 4cast & 2dial, to help resolve an issue with the Palm image library tha caused TreoLauncher to not use its wallpaper.

- Treo: fix Jabra BT headset – had issues when dialing numbers
with hard pauses while using a Bluetooth headset.

- i500: fixed hardware keypad support, plus added ability to show
old (light colored) wallpaper – use “old default” skin from the skins
sub-directories.

- i-Bar: f save phone field title initial (“…(M)”) for call-log.

- Butler KeyGuard: added support for Butler KeyGuard.

- Notes field display: when displayed in “Details” screen – denote
notes longer than display with a “…”.

- Notes field editing: start with cursor at beginning.
