No Alerts/Alarms on the Treo 650 (Verizon)

I recently purchased a Treo 650 for Verizon. Within the last week, none of my alerts/alarms are working. The phone ringer is fine, hoever, SMS, World CLock, and Calendar Alarms/Alerts do not seem to be working. I have made sure that all of the Sound Preferneces areappropriate. And I have not loaded any unusual third party software. Please help!!!

Try going to your calendar. Create an event for 5 min. from now until 10 from now (9:30 - 9:40) , go to details - put a check in the Alarm box and hit okay.

Then go to your phone menu button
options
sound preferences

in the drop down menu next to applications select calendar
make sure the alert volume is high

click on tones
from the drop down menu in alarm sound select Ringer Loud

hit done.

If it doesn't ring like crazy in 5 minutes then you need to contact who ever sold you your phone.

Make sure your ringer is ON too

I'm having the same problem. World Clock's alarms do not go off. I don't know how to reproduce the problem.
