Changing Outlook conduit
Currently our company switched where our Email was being hosted from internally to an outside source. We use Outlook 2003 Exchange server. Since the Treo 650 was sync'd under the old email credentials, I continue to have no success in sync'ing the Treo with the new Exchange server credentials. When I attempt to switch back to using Palm over Outlook, and then back to Outlook hoping it would let me change the server credentials, no luck. In fact it automatically brings up a pop up menu to the old Exchange server. Any suggestions?

Welcome to Brighthand congers5.
You may need help from your IT department to change this as your Windows User might not have an Administrator profile. There are 42 articles on Exchange Server at palm.com's support Knowledge Library. I'm not sure which applies in your case. Hope this helps.DT Lives in SFO...away from flying objects.

Thanks so much for your reply. I've seen your user id throughout the Forum so I am hopeful for your direction. Goodness knows, I couldn't seem to trigger the right search criteria. Thanks again. PS - I get the feeling the "Dick Tracy" name suits......
