Copying from one memory card to another
I have a Treo 600 with a 256 mb card, and I'm thinking of replacing it with a larger card. How can I transfer all my files to the new card without having to reinstall everything? I use zlauncher to store a lot of program files on the card. Plus I have a large number of ebooks on the card, and they are only accessible through eReader if I install them on the card with the HotSync manager rather than simply copying the files using a card reader.
Any help would be appreciated.

Simply copying the card to the other with a card reader should work. All the files and directories will be the same. You might have to rename the new card so that it has the same name as the old one for some apps, but other than that it should work. I put ebooks on my card with a card reader, not by hotsync, and eReader has no problem with them. Just put them into /Palm/Books on the card.
