Depends on what environment you use on your desktop.
Are you using Outlook ? If so, sync your M105 with outlook, then sync again with Treo 500v and everything will be transferred.
If not it becomes more tricky.
See this Palm Support article for more details how this needs to be done. Be aware this approach requires you to move to Outlook !Digital since 1980, handheld since 2001

thanks for prompt reply of yours. will install outlook and then follow your instructions. in case I have success I let you know anyway otherwise I will still rely on jour experiance.
