I recentley ordered a Z22 and waiting on it's shipmet. I did alot of research on it, but nothing is better than user reviews.

So if have a Z22 and wouldn't mind doing a small pros and cons review on it, it would be greatley appriciated. Thanks alot for all your help. :)

Also if you could list any of the major problems or defects you've had with your Z22.

    Thanks for all the help.

Seems reviewer AWright really enjoyed his.

One more question, when looking to download (mainly freeware) what must the miniame requirements be so that I can put it on my Z22. Are they: OS 5.0 and Low res?

You are correct on the resolution, but most of the softwares that were design for older OS, can be run on your device.

A tip for all of your freeware needs.

    Thanks for all your help.

    One last thing :)

    # RAM Used: 180KB
    # Minimum Requirements: Any Palm OS Hardware
    # Palm OS 3.0
    # Resolutions Supported: Sony Hi-Res (320x320)
    # Sony Hi-Res+ (320x480)
    # Palm Hi-Res (320x320)
    # Palm Standard (160x160)
    # Palm Hi-Res (320x480)
    # Palm Hi-Res Landscape (320x480)
    # Tapwave Full Screen (480x320)
    # Tapwave (320x320)

This program will NOT work on my Z22 becuase it's Standard Res, NOT low res. Right?

    Welcome to Brighthand, justride10

    another is

    www.palmopensource.com/

some forums, like 1source.com, have a download area; you can also try www.sourceforge.net -- they've got more PC related things than Palm but they have a few Palm gems.

as for the '22, I expect it has its own plusses & minuses, like everything does; IMO not having an SD card expansion is an issue -- but thinking back, my first "digital assistants" didn't have anything like that (but they did have a small QWERTY keyboard), and to start out they were just fine. I predict you'll enjoy your '22, and learn a lot, too :)

Low Res = 160x160 = Standard Res. ;) The application will work.
