I can't find an already existing thread under this or a similar header -- if there is one, please point me at it! :D

At the moment, my favourites are:

    Google Maps
Google Nav (you need to install Google's voice recognition app if you're in the UK)
    Google Skymap
    Compass (Snaptic)
    GPS Status (EclipSim)
    Barcode Scanner (ZXing Team)

From my sig, but months from now that is likely to have changed, so...

Aldiko Reader - a really great ebook reader. Connects to sources of free ebooks like Manybooks.net and loads the books onto your bookshelf. Can also sideload any non-DRM epub books. Great controls.

Blueinput - adds theproper HID protocols and driver for BT keyboards. Letts me use my Apple BT wireless keyboard with my Nexus One.

Splash ID - Great wifi sync.

Docs-to-Go - Great and overpriced, as always.

3Banana Notes - From Snaptic. Like Evernote except the notes are available on the phone even without a connection.

Calendar Pad Pro - Uses same database, but infinitely improved over the useless default Calendar app.

Act 1 Video - Great video player.

Astro - Great File Manager/Power Tool.

    It is:)

I really like Handcent also. It has some customization features (like changing the LED color) that I am anxious to try. The "Quick Repy" feature in messaging is cool:D
