Where are you located, NetB? Still California? Those are nice speeds.

Far better than what I'm getting tucked away in a server closet at work. :)

Just fyi, i noticed this incredible speed from At&t two days ago. Looks like At&t upgraded my plan. It used to be Unlimited Choice plan (speed capped at 3mbps).

I moved since this thread was created and last updated. When I moved, Sprint in my new city was having some really nutty results, and I even bounced off some T-Mobile towers for a while. I even considered switching carriers as I thought coverage was going to be poor. I guess what they were doing was tower upgrades. I can't say I have ever seen these speeds via Sprint LTE service before. No need for me to change carrier around here. My wife likely needs to though. Her VZW coverage is absolutely terrible. Missed calls, dropped calls, and her office has windows on two walls. She has to exit the building to get a signal that can hold a call. My Note 8 in the same spot has 4 out of 5 bars. First step is to get her to switch carriers, second is to get her off that fruit phone.

You didn't photoshop that to remove a decimal? ;) That's screaming fast!

If I recall, you've got a decent Sprint plan she can join, right? If not, she could bring her own phone to Sprint Kickstart plan for $35/month, bringing her own phone. If you consider that, be sure to read the fine print on how speeds can be throttled at times, etc. My kids are on a $15/month Kickstart plan and it's great.

I am on some sort of family plan my dad has. The cost per line is $35ish if I remember right.

That speed was down inside Charlie's right by the lift bridge. At home on my main floor, I am getting 130 / 12. No photoshop on those speeds.

Thinking of asking dad if she can hop on the family plan. Her phone is paid off and should be portable. She can use it until Apple artificially slows it down at which point maybe I can get her on Android with the rest of us. :)

Now, now... don't be giving me a case of phone envy... My Note 8 is under a year left before it is out of support. Going to ride that for as long as I can.
