Since I last reported, I have read the second Jack Reacher book, Ready Player One (very good), Rusty Nail, which is a detective novel in a series I like, and I am now reading a non-fic on the history of paper.

I also picked up that Pendomus series at Amazon... my TBR is still increasing at a rate faster than I am reading, though.

based on a review in one of the myriad newsletters in my inbox, I checked to see if 13 Reasons Why was in my library; it is and was available, so that's my most current read (will be returning to the Pendomus trilogy afterwards)

Forgot to point out, that these are books to which I have access at any time, picked up free from either Kobo or Google Play.

Dngrsone, I'm envious. I wish I could go through books that fast. I'm lucky if I squeeze out 30 minutes at night to read a book. And I read most of the day for various other purposes.

It helps that I don't watch television, and I currently don't have the distraction of family. When I am every day, I certainly have less time for reading.

looks like the Rusty Nail author also writes under Jack Kilborn. Interesting description for Endurance.....

Yes, I had learned that someone last week, but I haven't gone looking for Kilborn novels yet.

in my case, most of the other titles aren't available as e-books, but Endurance was, and both copies were available, so I grabbed one.
