uhh i need help with zx-pilot

i need a more detailed description on how to convert regular games to palm format using the zxspin emulator. the short instructions in the html doc wont cut it, probobly kuz i dont know what half of those words mean on a count of i am new to the world of zx. so could some one (or maybe 2 or 3 people) either tell me where a site is that has instructions or list some instructions here in plain non-confusingzxlingo english. please
