I just picked up a very nice Tungsten E2 on eBay and have been trying to do a bluetooth connection with my Mac 10.10.4. Everything seems to work fine until I have to enter a passcode on my E2. The E2 won't let me write anything on it to enter a passcode.

I've tried reading and following instructions and ideas, without any success.

    E2 OS 5.47

    Any suggestions?

I have no personal experience with either of your devices, but I'd put both devices in 'discovery' mode, and then try to initiate the pairing from the E2, not from the Mac. Good luck!

I agree with RA. Initiate the pairing from the TE2. Good luck!

I agree with Jig's suggestion; whenever I paired a device with my e|2 or Lifedrive, it always worked better when I started the process from the Palm.
