I'm so sorry. I have a hospital appointment this afternoon and am a little distracted. Please start again as you wish and I promise no further interference from myself. :)

Me too! Been doing macrobiotic cooking for about a year. Thai is great for eating out.

Ya gotta get used to ending the message with a starter for the next...

TPBM has heard of Oprah and mad cow disease.

Okay; I'll check in on this one. :)

While I admire greatly the gusto with which Ms. O took on the "ol' boys" down in Texas while defending her reputation, I really feel (personally, with no recommendations for anyone else  ) that beefy dining has gotten a tad gross. Mad Cow Disease is just the most extreme side effect associated with all that - let's not forget about high cholesterol, heart disease, all of the nasty additives that the poor critters are fed (antibiotics, anyone?) and I'm guessing there's more that we don't even know about. I'll just say "Yuck!" and climb down from my soapbox to say that -

    TPBM has insomnia.

    Regards,
    Lauren

Ah. Now I'm with you. Sorry. An hour arguing with a doctor in the hospital earlier. They want to remove it as they don't think it's stuck permamently. I just want the batteries changed as they've run out. We'll see who wins this one...

I only have insomnia at the moment due to my quitpatches being 24hr. I changed them today to 16-hour day-only ones. Hmm. For a whole 99p less. Someone's getting rich off someone here. And it sure ain't me.

TPBM has a guilty secret ;)

Nine, you want to quit smoking?
Put one of those patches over each eye. The ciggies are harder to find!!

OK I have a secret and that is why it is a secret.

TPBM has no secrets (this could be an eye opener)

It's my understanding they prefer Palm Wine and will destroy entire villages to get to this homemade hootch.
