Never heard of anything that will remotely control a phone from another phone (or tablets). Teamviewer works well for controlling a PC from anything else, but there is nothing I've heard of that will control an Android device from another one. I may be missing something, but I haven't seen anything.

Google search produced Tablet Remote and DroidMote. I don't have experience with either, unfortunately.

Edit: Tablet Remote looks like Bluetooth only.

    Maybe An2An

Another option is 3CX DroidDesktop. You can control your Android device from your PC over the internet, I believe. Unfortunately it requires root.

HTC offers a hardware accessory called the Mini Plus. It's pretty awesome IMO. It's both a remote control (sort of) and a fully functioning phone (in conjunction with the other phone of course). It connects via Bluetooth or NFC and lets you answer/make calls, control media functions on the main phone, etc.

It works with most recent HTC phones.

Nope there isn't any app that can control one Android device from Another device directly, but I guess you can AirDroid a try because still you are accessing the device over the browser I think that may work out ! I am not sure about this because I haven't tried this one out !
