I was just thinking how the Lifedrive made lighter would make a great basic for an all-in-one phone device thingy the other day as well.

I hope they take the Blackberry route where they took the Android OS and packaged and designed the hardware like mid 2000s models.

An Elvis impersonator singing Justin Bieber songs is not Elvis.
A Palm impersonator running Android is not Palm

TCL should show some respect and let the Palm name rest in peace

All the best, woz of oz

Yeah, I don't have much interest in a Palm-branded Android phone unless it really is the best-of-breed flagship. There definitely is room in the Android universe for a killer phone, since to my mind, every flagship falls short in an area or two, with no clear winner. Every one requires some sacrifice or another.

I agree with woz, Palm should rest in peace. They had their day but just couldn't adapt to a changing world. RIP!
