    Hi,

I have finally upgraded my ancient iBook to a MacBook Pro. I also have an ancient Palm m125. I've read through the posts and see that there is a patch available for the previous OS -- Leopard -- but does anyone know if there is some sort of software update that will allow me to sync my Palm to my new laptop? Or is my Palm now obsolete? So much for hanging onto technology... Thanks.

I believe on the newer edition of mac computers there is no longer conduits for you to sync with the palm. Query Palm sync with mac and you should come up with at least two commercial programs that will allow you to sync with your device. Look for a trial if possible to make sure it is compatible. You should also look over at the Palm Support Community under Macintosh sync if you have not done so.

I think Leopard was the last compatible OS; but you can get Parallels or Fusion and run Windows XP on your new computer to get Palm functionality.
