That looks very similar to the case I got from a local Metro by T-Mobile store.

I was originally using the UAG case, too, but mostly as a default option since that was literally the only case available when I got my Stylus on launch day. I liked it, but found the back too rounded/thick in the center and just overall too bulky. I cannot deny that it's a very nice case, though. So a couple months later when there was more options I tried (and stuck with) a good ol' reliable Spigen case (a brand I also used for my Nexus 6 and Moto G5S Plus). It has the raised screen and camera cut-out edges, excellent side/corner protection, but it's just not as bulky.

I also tried this transparent back bumper case. Unfortunately, it didn't really provide anywhere near the level of side protection as the Spigen or especially the UAG cases, but it was really nice to be able to see that pretty blue back through the case while still having a decent protective bumper around the edge of the phone. It also had a nice raised edge around the screen, but not so much of one around the camera cutout. I ended up returning it after getting the Spigen. With this case I was really after the Supcase Unicorn Beetle bumper case design (like this one for the Moto G6: https://amzn.to/3hzxtgv) which offers a lot more protection all around, but still has the transparent back. However, Supcase only makes Unicorn Beetle Pro style case for the Stylus (at least at this time)(https://amzn.to/33AcTHL). For some reason t usually takes Supcase a while to release the Unicorn Beetle bumper cases for particular models.

This one looks a little more like the Supcase bumper case. It's a lot more rugged while still offering the transparent back. I'm not a fan of the kickstand, but I know that a lot of people like them. It comes in three different colors.

If you're looking for something really beefy with a kickstand that comes in a variety of colors (including some pretty ones), there's this case:

There are a lot more case options for the Stylus now, including a lot of floral, granite, etc. backed prettier ones. I would recommend doing an Amazon search for "Moto G Stylus case". When I got my Stylus, the UAG was literally the only one that was in stock. Now there are pages of Stylus cases on Amazon.

I have the Spigen case on my Power. It's a very nice compromise on protection without adding much thickness and de-slicks the back of the phone. Helps, since Etta spends most of her time in a car cupholder. Had the same case on my Moto G6.

I love UAG cases. I have one of the super heavy duty ones on my phone. Love love love it. I also have their laptop sleeve.

IP - thanks for the recommendations. I did search Amazon and considered some of the same ones that you recommended. The last two, especially the one with the clear back, are interesting. She likes to have those PopSockets - collapsible grip and stand, on her phone, but the ring on the back of those last two might do the trick.

Got another security update yesterday. I also noticed a scratch about 3 inches long on my screen--must not be Gorilla Glass. I think I'll see if the local Metro by T-Mobile store has a screen protector--I haven't used one of those since my Touch Pro 2.

So sorry about the scratch, Tom. I hope it's not too annoying while you're using the phone. Hopefully the screen protector will help hide the scratch.

I only see the scratch if light hits the screen just right. It's really fine, but it annoys me by its presence. (Back in the PalmPilot days, I'd use Lemon Pledge or some other furniture polish to hide scratches on my screen protectors, but Turtle Wax won't quite hide this one.)
