Thanks to those who already gave, but it's been almost a month and the needle has only jiggled a little. At about 1/3 the way through the campaign, I'm at $150 of my $4000 goal...

Any amount is appreciated! Please support my NYC Marathon fundraiser for Team MEB 26... https://goo.gl/9ubbJz

I'm running the Freep marathon relay tomorrow as part of #teamjeff, but I'd also like to give another reminder that the New York marathon is only 3 weeks away...

Take a look at my donation page and give if you're able! Thanks in advance! https://goo.gl/9ubbJz

Well I finished and I thoroughly enjoyed myself! I didn't hit my goal of 3:45. I ran 4:05 which was about 20 minutes slower but I wasn't even a little bit sore after the race. This means I can run these things whenever I feel like it without worrying about muscle soreness as long as I listen to my body and take care of myself. I'm sure that if I'd not trained as hard as I did, I would have been gasping for air by the time I hit Central Park. As it was, I came across the finish line feeling strong and enjoyed the rest of my time in New York.
