    so, on Win10, I'm running a very old, very faithful program, PaintShopPro 6, from around 1990...not unsurprisingly, clicking on 'Help' in the program throws an error, opening
    Error opening Help in Windows-based programs: "Feature not included" or "Help not supported" in an internet window, which contains some suggestions on how to correct the the problem. unfortunately, some of the links have expired. so, in the general on-line Windows help page, I searched for Win32Hlp.exe, and was presented with the following. I am given 10 hits out of 150,000 with no way access 11 through 150,000 *sigh*

    EDIT: and the punchline to this is, the above took place in Edge. If. I. do. the. search. in. Firefox. the other pages appear. Score another one for MS...

    Although I wholeheartedly agree with the sentiment, I'm not sure it warrants a periodic reminder.
