    Isn't the cilantro thing a genetic thing? I seem to recall that some people have the gene(s) that either read the taste of cilantro as soapy or not. I don't taste that; but I know a lot of people do. I know a lot of people ask that it be excluded or ask in restaurants if anything has it in any dishes.
