Good luck, Jig, and all of you in the north-central region of the country. We're getting the southern end of the storm blowing in currently - Definitely nothing nearly as extreme as what you folks have had, but very cold, high winds, and some snow. Should make for a "fun" Monday morning.

I think some of our European friends have had some interesting winter weather recently, as well.

I still prefer this weather to the miserable heat and humidity of this past summer, though. ;)

I'm back in Iraq. The rainy season was late, but it's here now, and with a vengeance! T-Storms, buckets of rain, and it's coming down so hard on the metal roof of my CHU, I had to turn my speakers up to max to hear the internet feed of my local radio station back home! It's a good thing I'm not trying to sleep, yet, as it wouldn't be possible!

Snow piled as high as my car is tall. Roads look like the roads seen on IRT. Feels like it should, for MN. :)

Glad you're hanging in there, HC!

And it's GREAT to see you drop by Christina! I know you're busy over there, but try to drop in more often and update us - We miss you and continue to wish you all the best! :newpalm: :)

Oh, Jig & HC: While I much prefer this wintry blast to the misery of summer, I think you've sent a bit much. Shall I pack up the arctic gales and send them back to you?
