Honestly, I've always had exceptional, friendly and very responsive customer service from AT&T with my Gophone. It's part of what has kept me away from MVNOs. For example, when I first got my N5 and wasn't getting LTE, over the phone with my permission, they collected techical data from my phone, collected data from my cell tower, sent it over to an engineering center. I had LTE 12 hours later (they had said it might take 48 hours). They were polite, friendly and determined to get to the bottom of it despite my not being a contract customer.
