Is it possible for Q10/Z10 to have LTE speeds?

I have both a Q10 and Z10. I've actually been thinking about switching over to the Rogers network (hoping I can get LTE speeds of 150 MBPS download). Both of my phones are showing the 4G icon (sometimes the LTE icon) when I'm online but I'm constantly getting 4MBPS download and 0.75MBPS upload.

I actually talked to Rogers but they said everything is fine. I've removed all the apps, wiped the phones, etc but they're still getting horrible speeds. Is it possible my phones can't keep up with LTE speeds? I need all the help I can get.

I'm afraid they don't have the 2600 MHz band that Rogers is using for its 150 meg "Max" LTE speeds. I'd also try checking Rogers coverage maps--from what it sounds like, I suspect you're only getting HSPA and not even LTE most of the time.
